The **Default Bot** is the chatbot flow that automatically starts when a customer sends a message to your WhatsApp. It ensures that every incoming conversation receives an instant response without any delay.

This is where you define your **Welcome Message** and the starting experience for your users.

The Default Bot is the first chatbot flow triggered when a customer initiates a conversation.

👉 Example:
Customer sends: “Hi”
→ Default Bot starts
→ Welcome message is sent
