Using variables is like magic — you type once, and Flowbee fills in the names, numbers, or order info for every customer. So instead of sending “Hey there,” you’re saying “Hey Amina!” without doing the extra work. Easy, personal, and super handy.
What Are Variables? #
Variables are smart placeholders that get replaced with real customer or company data when the message is sent.
Example:
You write: Hello {{customer_name}}, your order is confirmed!
Flowbee sends: Hello Meera, your order is confirmed!
Where You Can Use Them #
Inside the Body of the message template
Not supported in template names, some headers, or certain button labels (as per WhatsApp’s policy)
How to Add Variables in Flowbee.io #
- While editing the Body of your template, click + Add Variable
- A popup will appear with a list of ready-to-use variables like:
customer_namecustomer_emailcompany_namecustomer_address, etc.
- Just click to insert — Flowbee will drop the variable exactly where your cursor is in the message
No need to type curly brackets manually — the system does it all for you.

Tips for Using Variables #
- Don’t type variables manually — always use the popup to insert
