You can add individual customer contacts to Flowbee.io manually β perfect for walk-in customers, quick leads, or anyone you want to message without importing a file.
Hereβs how to do it:
β Step 1: Go to the Contacts Section #
- Click the Contacts icon from the left-hand menu (the yellow one π)
- You’ll see a button at the top that says + Add Contact
β Step 2: Click β+ Add Contactβ #
- This opens a pop-up form titled Add New Contact
- Youβll need to fill in some basic customer details
β Step 3: Fill Out the Contact Details #
- Name β Required
- Mobile Number β Required (with correct country code, e.g., +91)
- Email β Optional
- Date of Birth β Optional
- Address β Optional
- Tags β Add tags to organize or label the contact (e.g., VIP, new, repeat buyer)
- DND Mode β Toggle on if the customer does not want to receive messages
π You only need the name and mobile number to save the contact β everything else is optional and can be updated later.
β Step 4: Save the Contact #
- Click the Save β button
- Or click Discard β if you want to cancel
Your contact will now appear in the contact list β ready to be messaged!
π Finding Your Contact Later #
Once added, you can easily find the contact using:
- The Search bar (search by name, number, or tag)
- The Filter option (filter by group, tag, or date)
