Flowbee.io’s built-in Meta Library lets you upload and organize all your images, videos, and documents used in broadcasts and templates — so you can access them anytime without re-uploading.
🔹 What Is the Media Library? #
It’s a centralized space where your approved marketing media lives — images of products, festive banners, videos, PDFs, and more. You can reuse them across campaigns and templates with just a click.

🔹 How to Access the Media Library #
- Click the 📢 Broadcast icon in the sidebar
- Select Media Library from the dropdown
- You’ll land on a page displaying all your uploaded media:
- Images
- Videos
- Documents
- You can search, filter by phone number, or sort by media type
🔹 How to Upload New Media #
- Click the Upload button on the top right
- Select your media file (image, video, PDF, etc.)
- The file will appear instantly in the gallery and be linked to the selected WhatsApp number
🐝 Note: Supported formats and size limits follow WhatsApp’s media rules — keep it optimized!
🔎 Media Preview #
Click on any item in the gallery to open the Media Preview window.
You’ll see:
- 🖼️ Full-size media view
- 📝 File name and type
- 📆 Upload date
- 🏢 Company name
- ☎️ Linked phone number
This helps you confirm you’re selecting the right file — especially when managing lots of visuals.
