You’ll land on the signup form. Fill in your:
- Full Name
- Mobile Number (make sure it’s WhatsApp-enabled)
- Email Address
Then, click the big yellow “Continue” button.
Or tap “Google” to register instantly.
🔒 Step 3: Verify Your Email #
A 4-digit code will be sent to the email you entered.
Check your inbox, then type the code into the verification screen.
Can’t find the code? No problem — click “Request New Code” and we’ll send another.
🔑 Step 4: Set Your Password #
Next, create a secure password for your Flowbee.io account.
You’ll also have the option to enter a referral code if someone invited you.
Once you’re done, agree to the terms and continue

Flowbee.io includes a short onboarding process that helps tailor the platform to the user’s business needs. Below is an outline of each step in the onboarding flow.
✅ Step 1: Select Business Type #
The user selects their industry from a predefined list such as:
- 🥘 Restaurant
- 🏡 Real Estate
- 🛍️ Retail
- 💇 Salon/Beauty
- 🖥️ IT Services
- ✈️ Travel
This step determines which features and templates are best suited to their business category.
✅ Step 2: Choose Country #
The user picks their country from a dropdown list.
This is used to:
Align with local messaging regulations
Format phone numbers correctly
✅ Step 3: Choose State or Region #
The user selects their specific state, province, or region to support localized experiences and future automation settings.
✅ Step 4: Indicate WhatsApp Business Usage #
The user is asked whether they currently use WhatsApp Business:
- If yes: Flowbee initiates the Meta WhatsApp API setup flow.
- If no: The user is guided through creating a new WhatsApp Business account.
This ensures proper integration with Meta’s infrastructure.
✅ Step 5: Specify Team Size #
The user selects the number of people expected to use Flowbee.io:
- Just me
- 2–5
- 6–10
- 10+
This input helps Flowbee configure access roles and conversation routing settings later.

The user selects one or more primary use cases, such as:
