Sending a broadcast in Flowbee.io is like handing out digital flyers — but faster, smarter, and way more fun! With just a few clicks, you can deliver a message to hundreds (or thousands!) of customers through WhatsApp — all using pre-approved templates. Here’s how you do it, step by step.
🛠 Step 1: Go to the Broadcast Section #
- Click on the 📢 Broadcast icon from the left-hand menu.
- Hit + New Broadcast on the top right.
This opens the New Broadcast setup window.
📝 Step 2: Fill in Your Broadcast Details #
You’ll need to provide the basics:
- Broadcast Name – Just for your internal tracking.
- Description – Optional, but helpful for organizing campaigns.
- Phone Number – Choose which WhatsApp number will send the message.
- Template – Pick from your approved WhatsApp templates. You can only broadcast using a template that’s already approved by Meta.
You’ll see a preview of the message on the right-hand side as you go.
🕒 Step 3: Set Your Send Time #
Choose when the message should go out:
- Send Now – Great for immediate announcements.
- Schedule for a Specific Time – Perfect for planning ahead (e.g. morning offers, evening reminders). Use the date and time picker.
👥 Step 4: Choose Recipients #
You have flexible ways to select your audience:
- Pick contacts from the list below
- Use the Import Contacts button to upload an Excel sheet
- Filter contacts by tags, groups, or search
- Toggle ON/OFF to include or skip a contact
✅ Step 5: (Optional) Test Before You Send #
Before sending it to everyone, you can send a test message to a sample number — just to be sure everything looks perfect!
- Choose a sample contact
- The selected template will be instantly sent to them
- Double-check formatting, buttons, and any variables
- Once you’re happy, move on to saving

📤 Step 6: Save and Launch #
When everything looks good:
- Click Save
- If you selected Send Now, the broadcast will go out right away
- If you scheduled it, it’ll appear in your Scheduled Broadcast list
📊 Step 7: Track the Status #
Head to the Broadcast List to see your campaign stats:
- Sent, Delivered, Read status
- Failed numbers (if any)
- View full message preview and performance
- Scheduled campaigns will be shown separately
