Flowbee’s Orders section gives you a simple and clear way to manage all your WhatsApp shop orders. Whether it’s a quick Egg Roast or a fancy Camel (yes, really), here’s how you keep things running smoothly!
🔍 Where to Find It #
Go to E-Commerce from the left menu, then click on Orders. You’ll land on the main dashboard that shows all your order activity.
📊 What You’ll See at the Top #
Here’s a quick snapshot of your store’s activity:
- Total Products – How many items are currently listed
- Total Orders – The number of orders placed
- Delivered – Orders marked as delivered
- Cancelled – Orders that didn’t make it through
- Pending Orders – Orders waiting for confirmation or action
These give you a real-time pulse of how your store is doing.
📑 Understanding the Order Table #
Each order appears as a row with this key info:
- Order No – Unique ID (e.g., ORD00216)
- Created Date – When the order was placed
- Customer Name – Name and phone number
- Total – Amount of the order
- Payment Status – Paid or Not Paid
- Status – Order progress (Pending / Confirmed / Delivered / Cancelled)
- Actions – Quick buttons to update the status
You can filter orders by tabs like:
- All
- Pending
- Confirmed
- Delivered
- Cancelled
- Processing
✅ How to Confirm or Update an Order #
In the Actions column, you’ll see buttons like:
CONFIRM
– Use this once you’ve received the order and reviewed itPROCESS
– (If visible) Mark the order as being packed or preparedDELIVER
– When the order has reached the customer
Each update helps you stay organized and gives clarity to your operations. You can change the status with just one click.
🧾 Viewing Order Details #
While currently detailed order views may be limited, the main table gives enough to track customer, items, and payment.
(If detailed views are introduced later, you’ll be able to click and expand the order for full details like item names, quantities, and delivery info.)
