This tab contains a single, built-in flow created specifically for WhatsApp-based e-commerce.
You canโt delete or create a new one, but you can edit it to fit your business needs.
๐ When Is This Flow Triggered? #
This flow starts automatically when:
- A customer places an order using your WhatsApp catalog
- The order enters your Flowbee inbox
No shortcode is needed. Itโs triggered directly by purchase activity.

- Go to Chatbot > E-Commerce
- Click on the existing pre-built flow
- Edit the flow nodes based on your order handling process
You can:
