Adding agents to Flowbee.io is simple and quick. Agents are the people whoβll help manage chats, campaigns, or customer queries inside your Flowbee account. Here’s how to add them:

1. Open the Agents Section #
From your Flowbee.io dashboard, look to the left-side menu and click on the π₯ Agents icon.
This takes you to the page where all your existing agents are listed.
2. Click βAdd New Agentβ #
At the top-right corner, click the + Add New Agent button.
A form will slide in from the right side of the screen.
3. Fill Out Agent Details #
Enter the basic details in the form:
- Name β Enter the full name of the new agent.
- Phone Number β Add the mobile number (country code included).
- Email ID β Provide a working email that the agent will use to log in.
- Password β Set a login password for the agent.
- Upload Profile Photo (optional) β You can also add a photo by clicking the Upload button.
4. (Optional) Add Extra Info #
You can provide additional details if needed:
- Company β Select the company the agent belongs to.
- Address β Type in their location (if relevant).
- Shift Start/End Time β Useful if your business operates in shifts.
- Notification Preference β Choose how the agent will get system notifications (e.g. email or app).
5. Activate or Deactivate the Agent #
Thereβs a small Active toggle β keep it turned on if the agent should have access immediately.
6. Save the Agent #
Finally, click Save to add the agent.
Youβll now see the new agent listed in the table, ready to use Flowbee.io just like any other team member.
