Before you can connect Flowbee to Meta and activate WhatsApp Business features, you need a Facebook Business Manager account. This is where Meta stores your business profile, WhatsApp numbers, product catalog, and permissions.
Creating one is quick and free — here’s how to do it.
💡 What Is Facebook Business Manager? #
Facebook Business Manager (or “Meta Business Manager”) is Meta’s official tool for managing all business-related assets — including your WhatsApp Business number, Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and product catalogs.
🐝 You’ll need this to complete your WhatsApp API setup with Flowbee.
🔗 Step 1: Go to the Right Place #
Head over to the official Meta Business Manager site:
👉 https://business.facebook.com/
Click “Create Account” at the top right corner.
📝 Step 2: Fill Out Business Details #
A popup will appear. Enter the following:
- Business Name – This can be your brand or company name
- Your Name – The name of the person managing the account
- Business Email – An email address you have access to (used for Meta communication)
Click Submit.
📧 Step 3: Confirm Your Email #
Meta will send you a confirmation link to the email you entered.
Click the link to verify your business email address.
Once confirmed, your Business Manager account will be activated!
🧭 What Happens Next? #
You’ll be taken to your Business Manager dashboard, where you can:
- Add people to your team
- Add your WhatsApp number
- Connect catalogs and phone numbers
- Continue the Flowbee Meta connection process
You can now return to Flowbee and continue from the Connect to Meta step.
