Creating a customer group in Flowbee.io helps you organize your contacts for specific messaging, campaigns, or tracking. Itβs a quick way to segment your audience based on purpose β like “Trial Users,” “Event Attendees,” or “Repeat Buyers.”
β Step-by-Step Guide #
1. Go to the Contacts section #
Click on the Contacts icon in the sidebar.
2. Click Create Group #
You’ll find this in the Groups panel on the right side of the screen.
3. Enter a Group Name #
Type a clear and descriptive name for your group β something you and your team can easily recognize.
4. Select Contacts to Add #
Scroll or search the list to find existing contacts and check the ones you want to include in this group.
5. Click Create Group #
The group will now appear in your list, and the selected contacts will be part of it.
π You can always go back and add or remove contacts from a group later.
