Whether you’re collecting leads, taking food orders, scheduling appointments, or gathering customer feedback — you don’t have to build it all from scratch. Just pick a flow from the library, use it as-is or customize it, and start messaging in minutes.
🗂️ Where to Find Pre-Built Flows #
You can find all available sample flows under the Chatbot > Library tab. This is your go-to section for reusable chatbot templates.
🔧 Two Ways to Use a Pre-Built Flow #
✅ 1. Preview and Customize #
- Go to Chatbot > Library
- Click on any flow to view and edit it
- Make changes to the messages, nodes, quick replies, or flow logic
- Click Save — the edited version will be saved to your “Your Bot” tab
🐝 Perfect if you want to personalize the flow before using it
✅ 2. Use Without Editing #
- In the Library tab, find the flow you want to use
- Click “Use Sample”
- It will be copied directly to the “Your Bot” tab
- Now it’s ready for use — no editing required

⚙️ After Saving the Flow #
Once the flow is in Your Bot, follow these steps:
- Open the flow
- Click on Flow Settings (top-right)
- Set a Shortcode (e.g.,
feedback,book,order) - Choose a Category that matches the flow type
- Click Save
💬 Test the Flow #
To test the chatbot:
- Open WhatsApp and send the shortcode (e.g.,
feedback) to your Flowbee-connected number - The chatbot will launch and guide you through the flow just like a customer experience

- You can duplicate and modify flows anytime — ideal for A/B testing or seasonal campaigns
