1. Go to E-Commerce > Categories.
2. Click + Add New Category.

5. Click Create to save.

🛒 Adding Products Manually via Flowbee #

You don’t need to rely solely on Meta to manage products. You can add products right from Flowbee, and they’ll sync with your WhatsApp catalog.

Steps to add a new product: #

1. Go to E-Commerce > Products.
2. Click + Add New Product.
3. Fill out the product form:

• Upload a primary image.

📝 Basic Information #

• Product Name (required)
• Brand
• Category (choose from the ones you created)

• Use the Import Products button to pull items from Meta into Flowbee.
• Use the Sync Product button to update existing product details.

Managing existing products is simple:

• Click the 3-dot menu on any product card.
• Choose Edit to update product details.
• Choose Delete to remove the product from the catalog.
