📨 Create Template – Support & Approval

Creating a WhatsApp Template is the first step for sending broadcast messages in Flowbee. Every template must be submitted to Meta (WhatsApp) for approval before it can be used.

This section explains the template creation process, approval timeline, and status handling.

How to Create a Template

Go to Broadcast
Click on Templates
Click Create Template
Configure template (Header, Body, Footer, Buttons)
Click Submit for Approval

⏳ Template Approval Time

After submission, the template is reviewed by Meta.

👉 Approval usually takes up to 24 hours

⏱️ Additional Notes

Some templates may be approved within minutes
In certain cases, it may take longer than 24 hours
You cannot send broadcast messages until approval is completed

Each template will have one of the following statuses:

🟡 Pending
Template is under review
Waiting for Meta approval
Cannot be used
🟢 Approved
Template is approved
Ready for use in broadcast
🔴 Rejected
Template is not approved
Needs correction and resubmission

Policy violation
Spam-like content
Missing opt-out option
Incorrect format

Template is temporarily restricted
