🛍️ Connect WhatsApp Catalog
To enable WhatsApp E-commerce in Flowbee, you need to connect a product catalog from Meta (Facebook).
This catalog will be used to display products, manage orders, and power your chatbot flows.
Where to Setup

E-commerce → Configure Catalog
Step-by-Step Setup
🔹 Step 1: Create Catalog
Click Create New Catalog
👉 A Facebook (Meta) popup will open
⚠️ Important Requirements
- You must be logged into Facebook in the same browser
- Use the same Business Account used during onboarding
🧾 Fill Catalog Details
You will be asked to:
- Enter Catalog Name
- Select Catalog Type (e.g., Online Products)
🔗 Optional: Connect Third-Party Platform
You can directly connect:
- Shopify
- WooCommerce
- Other partner platforms
👉 If using third-party:
- You must install the Facebook plugin/integration
- Sync will happen automatically
✅ After Completion
- Catalog will be created in Meta
- It will appear inside Flowbee
Step 2: Connect Catalog to Flowbee
Once catalog is created:
- Click Connect to Flowbee
- Grant required permissions:

👉 Access Products

Flowbee needs access to:
- Read catalog
- Manage products
- Sync updates
🔹 Step 3: Assign Catalog to WhatsApp Number
Now assign the catalog to your number:
- Select your catalog
- Click Assign
⚠️ Important Rules
- Only ONE catalog per WhatsApp number
- One catalog cannot be used across multiple numbers
- For co-existence numbers, setup must be done via:
👉 business.facebook.com - API numbers → can be connected directly via Flowbee
🔹 Step 4: Enable Features
After assigning catalog, you can enable:
- 🛒 Cart Access
- 👁️ Catalog Visibility
👉 These control whether customers can:
- View products
- Add to cart
🔄 Sync Behavior
If using third-party integrations:
- Any changes in:
- Shopify
- WooCommerce
👉 Will automatically reflect in Flowbee
🛠️ Manual Product Management
If NOT using third-party:
You can manage products directly in Flowbee:
- Add products
- Edit details
- Delete items
👉 Full control inside Flowbee
⚠️ Important Notes
- Catalog must be created via Meta
- Third-party requires Facebook plugin setup
- Wrong Facebook account = catalog not visible
- Only one active catalog per number
