Instead of manually informing customers about every order update, you can set up automation once and Flowbee will send the correct message at the right time.

Important Requirement
Before setting up automation, you must create and approve the required WhatsApp templates.
👉 Only approved Meta templates can be used for automated order updates.

How to Set Up E-commerce Automation
Step 1: Open Automations
- Go to E-commerce
- Click Automations
- Select your WhatsApp number
Step 2: Choose an Automation Event
Select the event you want to automate.
Example:
- Order created
- Order confirmed
- Ready for pickup
- Order out for delivery
- Request feedback
Step 3: Click Add Automation
Click Add Automation under the selected event.
Step 4: Set Event Timing
Choose when the message should be sent:
- Immediate
- After specific hours
👉 Example:
Send feedback message 2 hours after delivery.
Step 5: Select Template
Choose the approved WhatsApp template for this automation.
Example:
- Order confirmation template
- Delivery update template
- Feedback request template
Step 6: Save Automation
Click Save to activate the automation.
Once saved, Flowbee will automatically send messages when the selected event happens.
