How It Works

  1. You create and configure your store
  2. Flowbee generates a unique store link
  3. You share this link with customers

Where to Set Up

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

Step 1: Basic Store Information
  • Enter Store Code (used in your link)
  • Enter Store Name
  • Select WhatsApp Number

👉 Example:
Store Code = flowbee
Link = ecom.flowbee.io/flowbee

Step 2: Upload Store Branding
  • Upload Store Logo
  • Add Offer Images / Banner Images

👉 These images will appear on the top of your store

Step 3: Delivery Time Setup
  • Enable Delivery Time Display
  • Set:
  • Time From
  • Time To
  • Unit (minutes/hours)

👉 Example:
12 – 17 minutes delivery

Step 4: Catalog & Store Settings
  • Select your Catalog
  • Enable:
  • Category Images
  • Direct WhatsApp Order (optional)

👉 This controls how products appear in the store

Step 5: Charges Setup
  • Set Minimum Order Amount
  • Set Delivery Charges

👉 Helps control order conditions

Step 6: Default Chat Message

Set a default message like:

👉 “Hi, I want to place an order”

Used when customers switch from store → WhatsApp

Step 7: Notification Setup
  • Add Notification Number

👉 You will receive alerts when new orders come
