🛍️ Product Management
Product Management in Flowbee allows you to add, edit, import, sync, hide, delete, and manage product availability inside your connected WhatsApp catalog.
This section helps you manage all catalog products from one place.
Where to Open
Go to:
E-commerce → Products
Step 1: Select Catalog
Before managing products, select the catalog you want to work with.
- Open E-commerce
- Go to Products
- Select your catalog from the catalog dropdown
👉 All products under the selected catalog will be displayed.
Step 2: Add Products
You can add products in two ways:
➕ Add Product One by One
Use this option when you want to add a single product manually.
- Click Add New Product
- Add product images
- Enter product details:
- Product name
- Category
- Brand
- Description
- Price
- Sale price
- Availability
- Click Save
⚠️ Any changes may take some time to reflect in the live catalog depending on Meta review/update policy.
📥 Import Products in Bulk
Use this option when you want to upload many products at once.
- Click Import Products
- Download the sample template
- Fill product data in the CSV file
- Upload the file
- Click Import Products
⚠️ CSV file size should not be more than 10MB.
Step 3: Sync Products
Click Sync Product to refresh product data from the connected catalog.
👉 Use this when products are updated from Meta, Shopify, WooCommerce, or other connected platforms.
Step 4: Manage Product Actions
Each product card has a three-dot menu with management options.
👁️ Hide Product
Use Hide Product when you do not want a product to be visible to customers.
👉 Useful for temporarily hiding seasonal or unavailable items.
📦 Change Availability
Use Change Availability to update stock status.
Examples:
- In Stock
- Out of Stock
- Available
- Not Available
👉 This helps customers see only valid product availability.
⭐ Add to Favourite
Use Add to Favourite to highlight important or frequently sold products.
👉 Useful for best-selling items or promoted products.
⏰ Set Time Availability
Use Set Time Availability when a product should be available only during specific times.
👉 Useful for restaurants, limited-time offers, booking slots, or daily specials.
✏️ Edit Product
Use Edit to update product details.
You can edit:
- Product image
- Product name
- Category
- Brand
- Description
- Price
- Sale price
- Availability
After editing, click Save.
⚠️ Product updates may take some time to reflect in WhatsApp depending on Meta update policy.
🗑️ Delete Product
Use Delete to remove a product from the catalog.
⚠️ Delete carefully. Removed products may no longer be visible to customers.
Product View Options
You can view products in different layouts:
- List view
- Grid view
You can also use:
- Search
- Filter
- Export
👉 These options help you quickly find and manage products.
Important Notes
- If your catalog is connected through Shopify or WooCommerce, product changes should be managed from that platform.
- Changes from third-party platforms will sync to Flowbee.
- If products are added manually in Flowbee, you can manage them directly from Flowbee.
- Always keep product name, price, image, and availability updated.
